How to use Jasper Circle Jig M240 Number one choice for Speaker Makers, Woodworkers and DIYers. Jaspertools.com JasperAudio.com JasperPrecisionTools.com
This jig is marked for making outside diameter holes. So if you want to make discs, add the diameter of your bit times 2 and then add that to your desired disc diameter. So if you want a 10” disc, you need to use the 10 1/2 pivot hole.
Another issue here. I bought the 290 for my DeWalt 611 (with 612 plunge base and nothing lines up! Call the phone number and mailbox is full. Voicemail says send an email which I did 10 days ago and no response. So basically NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. So frustrated.
Where to you get one of those plates to avoid putting a hole thru the material? My instructions say it’s a pivot plate 350, but I can’t find one anywhere online.
This video is not helpful. My Jasper 240 did not come with a guide. And I don't have a Dewalt. This video would be much more helpful if it explained and showed how to install the 240 on any router.
Your instructions leave a lot to be desired.
