Thank You for sharing your wonderful needlework with all of us .
Oh thanks. Yes it is worth investing in good books that speak too you!! I’m always on the hunt for them! Can wait to get my hands on her new book! Thanks again for hanging with me !
Thank you Corrine for your video and company today. I am stitching my daily snippets along with you. I caught up with Jennifer's video this morning first thing and oh my goodness the guanna story, phew. How wonderful that you are going to review her new book. What an honour, congratulations. I have it on pre order but not due till 31 July here in UK so first week of August by the time post gets to me. I feel I shall be glued to your review as I will be champing at the bit to get my copy. I bet you really enjoyed this little stitch after the big projects you have been completing. It will be so nice for you and Susannah to have some lovely face to face stitching time together ,you can put the world to rights as my mum used to say. I shall be in a UA-cam live later with a UK stitcher the rest of the day STITCHING !!
Lucky you getting to review Jennifer’s new book! I’ve had it on pre-order for weeks now and am torn whether to watch your review or torture myself and wait for my own to arrive. 😂 Decisions, decisions. I love that your main projects are finished for the moment as it gives us a chance to revisit stuff like your botanical journal. It’s refreshing.
Readers Digest has some really beautiful covers and I just love the size! And I watch Jennifer Cloustons videos as she posts them, it is such fun watching her. I wonder if she can hear me begging her not to end the video each time?😂. Thank you for another great video!
My Jennifer book is on preorder as well. Anxious to get a peak! I have her other 3 and LOVE them. Also have the little satchel pattern and I’m ready to try it next. ❤-N
Such a beautiful and almost whimsical set of stitches! I’m so glad Jennifer’s publishers chose you to preview her book. You have given her wonderful credits since you discovered her books and went to her class! I have one book. Hope to get more in the future 😍
What a pity about the dragon fruit, they were $15.99 a kilo at the local shopping centre this morning. My bet is on the neighbour, an animal usually leaves some evidence around or on the plant.
OH how exciting, I have a denim dress from Kmart I want to do. Looking forward to doing that. Let us know when it starts. Where do you get your strong glue from?
These boxes are available at all large fabric shops.. Australia Spotlight USA Michael’s and similar outlets.. all different sizes.. you will also need floss cards to wrap the threads onto.. most boxes have a set with them.
@@susanstreet9544 ok.. well it’s a mix of stranded cotton (which I have had since the 80s .. doing cross stitch back then ) Perle cottons no8 and no12 ( thrifted and new) and wools (Appleton and Gumnut yarn are the brand names) more recently I seem to buy Perle cottons.. great range of colours available.. I have just added a small range of 4pm sock yarn too. Try everything and mix them all up .. lots of fun.
We meet on a shopping texture tour in Paris.. we had been watching each other channels then clicked we were on the same tour! Face to the name.. and just hit it off!

actually, one of the things I like about your channel is that you aren't always "teaching" me
Thanks for the kind words!
Just curious, how did you and Susanna meet? You two seem to enjoy each others company, and have fun together.
