- Our (Rainy) Sunday afternoon in NYC! We always try to do something fun after church because its hard to find a day especially when the kids are in school that we can all hang out together! This Sunday we decided to check out the Mah-Ze-Dahr Bakery. It didn't disappoint lol... the treats were so yummy. Everything from old fashioned donuts to chocolate cookies. They loved all the treats and had a fun time sharing with each other! After our treat we went home and had some Coconut lentils with Naan and Basmati rice. The kids really love the combination. Thanks for coming on the adventure with us! #largefamilylife

Hi Amber, it's 4:15am here in New Zealand and I haven't managed to drop off to sleep due my intense constant pain from my many life limiting illnesses. Your videos never fail to distract me enough go relax so thank you so much. Your family are so kind, caring and beautiful. You are amazing parents it's no wonder God is blessing your family with another little one. Make sure you get the rest you need, you have so many helpers as the older kids are amazing with their siblings. When I was little we would go to a bakery after church to get a cheese loaf that we made into sandwiches. It's those little things that I treasure now that both of my parents have now passed. Your trip to the bakery reminded me of that family tradition. God bless each and everyone of you.

I love seeing the Brown Stones. They remind me of the movie, "Life With Father." If you have never seen the movie, I suggest you do. I like the fact that no matter what, your church always seems to find a place to have Sunday services. I know the kids were happy when they got to go get a treat at the bakery. They are so appreciative of whatever they get and that's the way kids should be. When they are older, they won't take things for granted.

My family and I used to live in Queens, NY and one of our favorite bakeries is Veniero's in the East Village! Every time we go back to NYC we visit it! You will have to try it would be so fun to see the video!

I visited New York a few years ago with my children and my sister and friends for a bachelorette party. There is no way I would ever want to live in New York New York. I wanted to ride a Subway as I have never done that. I commend you for keeping up with 10 kids riding on the subway. We found the city a dirty place to live. At night garbage is piled on the sidewalks and those vents that are in the sidewalks soon we're from the sewers below and they stunk terribly. It is a too busy City for me to live in. I live in the South for life is a laid back lifestyle. My sister and I took one of those excursions buses around the city and that was so much fun. We did visit the Statue of Liberty, Rockefeller center and Central Park a little bit. I would like to visit again in a way to see a good Broadway show and visit the big museum there.
Christmas idea… everyone a monogrammed umbrella. 😂 🤗 you can even just use a label maker and put on the handle.

I thought of you and your last shopping Haul at Trader Joe’s; our store was packed on Sunday, and they ran out of things, but not as severe as yours. I remember seeing the video your husband took, and before I walked in, I showed my husband that clip, and we braced ourselves for out-of-stock items, haha! Trader Joe’s is a popular place. The cakes look scrumdidikyumchious best thing as a treat after church. I have to walk past bakeries fast otherwise my diabetes will not be happy with me so top tip for folks like me take your dog with you when your tempted by a bakery the no dog sign = diet 😊. Mozes is growing big now

Looks like Naomi has marking under her chin from all the practicing…😊. When my girl became a teen, she developed a large red mark on her neck that turned brown. Turns out she had developed a nickel allergy from chin rest metal. We switched it out and the spot went away. FYI in case…
