Winter 2023 cast a shadow over Ukraine, bringing some of the harshest and coldest conditions we've faced. Our vibrant city of Kyiv, home to millions, was thrust into darkness after our energy infrastructure was shelled by Russia. Despite enduring relentless attacks, grappling with despair, and constantly adapting to survive, we found the resilience to persevere. Remarkably, amidst the turmoil, we even managed to release a new album last spring.
'Out of the Blackout' was recorded in the summer of 2023, serving as a beacon of hope in our darkest hour. It stands as a testament to our strength and determination to overcome the challenges that have engulfed us." - Helle, the vocalist of IGNEA.

What a beautiful series of videos to celebrate what's going to go down as one of the greatest concept albums of this decade! These things happen over time-- The 1990's music industry especially proved that. I know you will have such acclaimed with this album looking back because of how important the story of Sophia Yablonska is one that needs to he heard, especially now.
