Okay, so I've been sitting here for about 20 minutes trying to figure out what the hell I just heard, more accurately I'm trying to gather my thoughts enough to figure out what this song just did to me. I still feel like im "coming down", for now the best description I can give is "a spiritual ascension and decension". This is the 3rd time in my life a song has ever done this to me, the first was 2015 hearing Blackbriar's "Until Eternity" which they instantly became my favorite band. The second was last year when I heard Lorna Shore's "To The Hellfire" which then became my favorite song of all time, and now this. I will absolutely be checking everything out by Darkher but damn, I cant help feeling like I need to prepare or listen to a little at a time. This was one hell of an amazing ethereal ride, well done.
Hey! Since i discovered this song, I just can't stop thinking about Lumina Aurea from Swallow the Sun. You may ike it if you enjoyed this. I tottaly agree with how you say this makes you feel, so give it a try. I think is just as dark and profound.
@@Hunter02 Thanks for that I will check it out, I loved "Falling World" by them a few years ago. Also for "Lowly Weep" I spammed the hell out of it to UA-cam reactors. One reaction is up and he got a similar experience, and there 4 more that said they will for sure do it.

I used this song in my Pathfinder 1e RPG game for a scene where the "party leader" lost his lover, and instead of shelling out for an expensive resurrection, he chose to allow her soul to be used as a component to open a gate through a first would ritual to allow an army of outsiders through to assist in a really dark and nearly hopeless war.
The first part of the song was the march up the mountain, the group was just silent carrying her in her obsidian procession.
When the silence hits our cleric was pleading with the leader, that he would curse himself for this and this was acceptance of it all.
When the distortion dropped that was when the actual casting was successful and her earthly body lifted and began to dissipate before their eyes slowly until her aura became the gate.
The rest of the song was spent watching these inhuman things enter into their world, wondering if this was a bigger mistake than the war itself.

Great song and the aesthetic of the videos is always a treat, as someone who's local to the Lancashire/Yorkshire border seeing the natural haunting and eerie beauty of the areas used so well is always special.

I sunk in a dark abyss but it was not a bad feeling actually. I shortly realized that I sunk into myself and went through a journey of self-reflection and contemplation. This music is so profound, atmospheric and awakening at so many levels. It took me away from my mundane reality to a deeply enchanting universe.

I think heaven is a place that every type and every single music you love you listen simultaneously and enjoy them in same time. goosebumps until you death again. Then you born again in this world and don't remember anything. If you are lucky you born in internet ages and you can listen those music again but think about it! You born in past!
