L'Industrie is NOT a traditional NY style pizza. It is a hybrid of NY pizza and Italian pizza. That is why the crust is lighter and crunchier, and you have the ricotta and Parmesan cheese on it.

Try Industria - I've eaten at 3 different locations in Ontario - they are excellent for a chain.

It doesn't look like there is one in downtown Toronto. The only decent pizza place for me so far is Pizza Nova. Their crust is crispy and good tomato sauce.

From the NYC list, I would like to try both Scarr's & L'Industrie. Prince pizza is popular but not a fan of soft crust.

Exactly, it's the sucker tourist slice. The regular mushroom slice with the same mushrooms, but without the truffle oil and burrata (stupid pizza toppings to start with) is only $6.50.

Interesting video, but that awful, distracting UA-cam music ruins it for me. You know, people can actually handle a few moments of silence (street noises). And what's with all of the ohhhs and ahhhs? You must be Canadian, because you sound just like creepy Tim Lee.
