In this video we will show you what to eat on New Year's Eve in different countries of the world. We will show you the main Christmas and New Year's dishes from different countries. Costa Rica and Mexico have tamales for Christmas.
The Finns eat buffet style, or literally "Christmas table." It is usually Christmas ham, fish, and casseroles. Mushroom salad, pickled herring and Karelian stew may also be served. The third course is meatballs with a potato casserole called FrAnsel JanssOns. One of the highlights of the holiday table in Sweden is rice pudding with almonds. .
