How do you not get the shits when you drink raw milk. I’ve been experimenting with it for the past 50 days and get diarrhea every time I drink it - I don’t want to give up on it quite honestly….
Damm dude i guess ive just lucked out. Ive been drinking it from multiple different farms across america on my road trip and had zero issues at all. But ur suppose to take it slow to start. Try some raw goat milk or even raw kefir. Those would be the easiest to digest
