Eliminate *ALL DAIRY* from the diet & replace with plant based or nut milk like almond or oat milk. Getting dairy out of the diet will also clear up any scalp issues. Your skin will be *flawless & crystal clear* when cow’s products are absent from the diet.

I think using a cotton pad for
Toner is the best because it’s hygienic and you can see the left over oil or dirt on the cotton pad

instead of using that lip cream try the aquaphor ointment ! u can use it on your eyes as an eye cream as well
