    Timothy Motoyuki Prag is currently a doctoral student of Chinese Medicine, very close to completing his degree. He is passionate about holistic health education, and his adult life has included professional teaching endeavors. He has taught nutrition, mindfulness-based movement such as Tai Chi (Taiji), Qi Gong, and basic meditation, mental-emotional skills such as reframing and cultivation of empowering mind-sets, among other health skills such as quality communication.
    Timothy Motoyuki Prag enjoys providing a supportive, encouraging, and empowering space for students (and recently - patients) to learn the knowledge, mindsets and skill-sets that will serve them for life. Motoyuki is currently in process of mastering (and will be for some time) the art of acupuncture, bodywork, and sound healing, in addition to the highly effective and sensitive communication required of medical practitioners. He is looking forward to opening his own practice some day, helping future clients and students thrive4life!
    Though Motoyuki can help individuals feel more comfortable in their bodies, developing the inner resources to recover from health issues, he specializes in lifestyle change therapies, wanting all who work with them to be supported in leading their best lives.

    Motoyuki has also spent 8+ years learning various Tai Chi forms and reflecting on the elements that make it healthy, synthesizing his findings into a set of movement principles that can be applied to improve the health of any exercise - including walking, standing and sitting.
