    It never ceases to amaze me how spotlessly clean and free of litter the Japanese city is. Such a surreal feeling.

    cinematic as hell! there is something therapeutic about walking around japan. i really appreciate its urban aesthetic and 'organized clutter'.

      Nothing like New York City where people are rude as hell, its infrastructure way outdated, fatal automotive accidents everyday and ambiguous laws in the 5 barrows.....There was nothing therapeutic about NYC when I lived there.....Tokyo is 100 times better.

    The only time I went to Ebisu was last May to meet up with two Americans youtube friends both of whom live in Tokyo with their japanese wives and one of whom lives in Ebisu. We went to a NihonShu bar walking distance from Ebisu station😊 This looks a lot quieter even though it is dark so it must be before people have finished work for the evening. Looks quite cosy.😊

  • @JPN850R

    Happy New Year. Daikanyama & Ebisu are probably one of the most pricey towns to live, and buying a house/condo is nearly impossible unless one makes 6-digit income. I hardly ever visit Daikanyama, and visit Ebisu only once/while.
    Your vids are of the most crisp, crystal clear resolution (beyond squeaky clean). I like Ohsaki (especially Gate City Ohsaki) & Gotanda as well.

      I used to dig clams at Kanazawa Marine Park when I was little; a good memory. Another good memory was that I used to visit Aburatsubo Marine Park (aquarium) at Misaki-guchi. The ocean view from the aquarium was breathtaking.
      My family then moved to Sakuragicho, which is within walk distance from Minato Mirai district. Every time I visit Japan, I go to Minato Mirai (I stay at a reasonably-priced business hotel not too far from MM). I plan on visiting from late Feb to early March this year, only to see Doraemon the movie's first day opening, where all the voice actors & actresses come up on the stage after the show.
      In general, tourists from China seem to have negative reputation for being loud & rude, but you are probably not one of them, judging from the way you write. I am happy living in the States and have no plan on going back to Japan except for short visits. In what part of China do you live, BTW?

    At 38:50 Woah, did that woman forget her coat at home...! She doesn't even appear to be cold at all =O I can never make up my mind whether it is actually truly chilly in Tokyo at this time of the year or not because of the wide variety in how people dress at this time of the year... My phone tells me it does get to zero celsius late at night, though.

    1:27 Honda Jazz (Honda Fit here in the States), same car and color as mine. Rambalac, few questions, and I won't bug you for a month. Did you adjust the color temperature within the camera before you shot the video? And, when you focus manually, where do you keep the focus? At infinity, or something in between? Thank you.

    BUT I have some advice that your camera seems too wide,that let the image in center too narrow and the image in two sides distorted

    • @Rambalac
      @Rambalac  6 років тому +3

      +Paul Hill, narrower angle of view will be much more unstable and blurry. That will also make up&down walking movements more pronounced.
