@@rafeequeahmed8240 Rf(104) is a radioactive element. So, it doesn’t act as a donor or acceptor. Radioactive elements are chemically unstable because the nucleus is unstable.They does have valance electron.Since, they aren't chemically reactive therefore their valancey can't be calculated.
