This book has gone leaps in bounds in unlocking various timing modulations and from just trying to learn part 1 so many things that were a mystery in my youth I know have the ability to break down and play. This book was so damn good I picked sticks up again just to play it at even half the tempo with the best quality and accurate timing possibly.
@@TheBANDit_67 I'm at the hospital now learning and pissing ppl off at 6am!! Learn this in 27 days is wishful thinking but we can all dream right!?! 😆 🤣 😂
I haven’t really tried to play any snare cadences since I was in Marching Band (about 15 years ago), and I am having an existential crisis trying to just follow along by looking at the sheets. That’s not even mentioning the choreography going on at the same time. Top tier stuff!
Can someone please share the full google drive link to this? I've been looking everywhere and can't find the updated/correct transcription that's used in this vid
Curious…how much do the snares and harnesses weigh. The feat pf drumming is hard enough, but carrying the weight and running too is quite athletic. I am also wondering how long on average, do the drum heads last with this degree of use?
the snares weigh about 10-15lbs all together depending on the drum, but quads can go up to 30lbs. i’m not really an expert, so i can’t tell you how long those heads last
One of the hardest books in a very long time. Crazy notes and modulations.

It's been a year and I came back to this book to play it while watching crap process at work. I can play some licks near tempo. Very cool.
This is just so amazing!! I needed this so bad in my life!! Now to see if I can learn all this by 🎄....tough lol
Better start now if you're giving yourself a month lmao

What does it mean with the "5:3" over eggbeater section? I get they are fiveletts, but what is that suppose to signify?
5 notes take up the space of 3 eighth notes (or a dotted quarter)
@@dylanwedde Ahhhhhh ok. Thanks👍
In this case, it’s actually 5 notes over the span of a dotted eighth (instead of dotted quarter)
@@_ve0 oh wait shoot you right
@@_ve0 So, what signifies it is over the span of a dotted 8th note in this context?
yo im not years late
