Once you understand it, it’s amazing how simple and obvious it all was, yet I couldn’t see it. How the ego and almost everything else that we consider to be reality, are just made up, mental and societal constructs. But I try to explain this to others I struggle to help them see it too. I hope to be able to explain it better over time. I want my mom and sister to not suffer as much as they do, and find a way to let go.
I feel like I'm just sitting right in front of Ram Dass having a really great conversation. It legit feels like He's right in front of Me, right here in My living room. Learning, growing, healing, returning home.
He is, he always has been, we always were.

What Ram said that was an epiphany to me was that when someone we love dies, we mourn the incarnation that was transitory, and that soul still exists and never really went anywhere. To me it didn't take a huge leap to also realize that a parent that may have caused your current incarnation trauma and later died, that parental incarnation moved on, and that ego formed by it's own separation holds no blame at all and you should hold no enmity, only equanimity towards the role that incarnated parent played. It does no good to forgive that past.

Truly i love ram dass. I am… 😂 i feel everything and then i seperate, in modern psychiatry they call it dissasociating. Iv been doing it all my life,ram dass made me aware it was how it is,not a problem at all. 😂
