Finished in the dining room and we are now doing more or less the same in the living room.
Any ideas about the steel loading would be appreciated.

Won't your strong boys reach all the way through from the outside? If that's a 300mm wall I can't see the problem bud. The steels shouldn't need support with being built into the block. work
strong boys will only hold outside skin, steels are sat on inside skin, ive ordered some XL strong boys that will span both skins, but pad stones for two steel will need to be removed so the steels will need propping too
