i have to say its a great diy method to give a new life to your old sound system in CHEAP as i have used this method and it works great, i havnt tried the decorder yet but before you do you have to consider 2 things, 1) if you are having a new generation of system for your audio source, they use optical prts or hdmi arc (as i am using a 5th gen samsung tv as they dont have 3.5mm audio jacks anymore) which can be easy solved by a optical to rca converter. 2) with optical port comes volume problem as you cannot control volume of all three amp boards simultaneously or even through the tv remote. my best bet get a good pre amplifier or a 5.1 decorder which has a built in hdmi and optical ports for audio in and which can be operated with a remote, and problems solved!!
Hi.Very interesting concept. You excited so many youtubbers with this project .Now to gain credibility for your work so far and to shut up the so many of your detractors ,show them the finished work by publishing a second video on how you connected all those speaker wires.Parallel,Series,Subwoofer ,tweeters etc. That s how you gain cerdibility.Good Luck.
Pretty cool! When I first saw the title of this video, I thought you were bridging all the outputs together to get 300W. I am glad you didn't because that would not work out well.
can u please make a sound test video on this setup? i want to do the same but not sure if this has very good sound quality and bass, im not gonna get 3 but 2 and just get a 150 watt mono for the sub alone, 4.1 system
Please make a sound test video. I don't understand how to connect to the speakers. Can I connect all the wires together so that it's just for two speakers or do I have to use six speakers?
Make it with 4 bord or 4 different bords....and put a passive crossover which are inbuild....one bord for sub, one bord for Mid, one bord for Woofer, one ford for tweeter, And do bord design same size and different types like 30w, 50w,100w,150w,200w etc and then do the magic ... Change the perticular bord if need more power or just simply pick bords of customers choice like 100w sub and 200w mid and 50w tweeter....at same power supply Power supply 12v 4amp...and put power enhancer with protection in each bord or customer change power supply if he/she need 2 bord or 3 bord as per as required.
Cekpi7 yep I saw that video the 50w x2 is not possible from these components the chip is rated at 2x 25w and that is at peak draw and around 16w rms, but still 98w rms total output on all three amps driven simultaneously is not a bad job at all, especially for $15 dollars for three amps.
D twist Rewind this version did 2x25w rms but that could be due to the fact that he used 14v psu, d2 version does almost 2x50w at 4 ohms, they are good but they need beefy power supply
Cekpi7 sweet I wasn't aware of the d2 variants, still great value for money despite the exaggeration of output power from manufacturer's, and again this is a nice tidy build.
D twist Rewind yeah, i made 2x75w amp using 2x100w ebay amp (tda7894 i believe), it can do almost 100w if i use only one channel or 75w on both, limit is that im using weak psu so i set gains with oscope, everything is inside of old vcr player case that i modded, definetly good amps for that money, im even considering to buy 250-300w psu so it can output 2x100w
Muy bueno ! Estaría muy bueno que la señal del parlante central sea independiente al subwoofer ! Sub con un amplificador mono y el central con otro amplificador mono !!! De todos modos esto está muy bueno !
I appreciate your work boy 👍 and im exited to here the sound . don't worry about the people they will be here as i was here when only few of them were here
These amps don't filter anything, so low frequencies will get passed to every speaker. It's probably fine though, you're only losing power efficiency, since the speakers can't play back lower frequencies
Robban L centre and woofer will run out one of the amps, a PC sound card acts as an eq and will only send lfe through the sub output so no need for crossovers or low pass filter
i want this dac 5.1 optical decoder to connect with 8500w car amp for two subs and FR and FL speakers for rear speakers and center channel i will use another amp
U did a nice job but work doesnt refer to what u named it ,like me other who searched for 300watt diy where expecting ckt what they would make by themselves bro not purchase and assemble by connecting some wires and an acrylic case thumb up by the way 😉😉
Nice work. But the ads is just Bullshit. Make a patreon account and WE will donate. I will Not watch a video that is strechted over 10min with 4 million ads in it
How is this a 5.1 channel amp?? You need a subwoofer channel with power at least equal to that of all the channels combined. The sub of my 2.1 system has double that which is 600w compared to my 2 channels 150w each and its barely enough.
Saed Abumokh doesnt have to be, he can limit all channels and let sub be at max power, since this is 25w rms per channel, he can limit everything on 10w and let sub be on 25w, also what system you have? i doubt 600w on sub wont be enough to fill 150w on mids
I heard of everything don't worry, crossover frequency is 165hz for example... if your sub is that efficient to keep up with midrange of double the power then it must either sound like crap (I don't know a cheap ported one) or maybe you have a super low crossover point. about my system, it consists of 2 morel hybrid 602 car speakers with home made cabinets and 2*150w amp and power supply, sub has dual 8'' morel primo car subs, each one weighs 4.7kg (10.36lb), powered with 2*300w amp, each individual frequency is tuned to give a flat response. when a drum kicks, I hear the drum itself as it is in my room, I don't hear a subwoofer trying to move me - the case in most common cheap subs
considering your mids should have enough midbass, im not sure how you designed your enclosures but mids are much more efficient than subwoofer, from what i can read it sounds like you have too small box that has flat point somewhere close to midbass so it cant fill lower frequencies correctly (drops off too quickly) or your point is set way too high, those morels should have no problem going as low as 60-70hz so idealy you would want to cut it at 80hz with proper sub, thos 8in subs cant go low, they are made for system where you dont have alot of midbass on your components, but then again, its sq setup, takes alot more tweaking then just slaping speakers in box
Even if it had 50W per channel - that's 6x50W, it would not get it. I estimate the real power without distortion of maximum 6x10W RMS :-) But otherwise simple and functional solution for home use to PC.
i have to say its a great diy method to give a new life to your old sound system in CHEAP as i have used this method and it works great, i havnt tried the decorder yet but before you do you have to consider 2 things,

Can you make a video on how to make a 300 Watt Linear Amplifier,
Great Job on this one!
That s how you gain cerdibility.Good Luck.
very helpful including links to parts
11 minutes, 10 ads, wow i'm proud
Lmao
You are unlucky
hey can i use any other smaller amp to make this as i am make a omnidirectional speaker
How's the surround sound&bass response?Does it give feeling of real surround effect? How's the channel separation?
Can You tell me something more about quality of these TDA3116 amplifiers? Are there any strange noises or bad quality? Can you recommend them?
+Woysz I'm personally using this , So I'll definitely recommend this ,
And Sound quality is top notch
I think that you should pick up a radio head unit instead of those amplifiers
How is the sub woofer effect...?
Pretty cool! When I first saw the title of this video, I thought you were bridging all the outputs together to get 300W. I am glad you didn't because that would not work out well.
It could if you bridge the outputs, but you would have to have 3 power sources with isolated grounds wouldn't you?
Can you make a full video with speaker assembly and test it with television or some kind of set top box??
And if i want to add hdmi input? Is it possible to do a diy with hdmi and optical imput, both possibilities?
What is the voltage adapter required for these combo of 3 boards... please guide me.your project is good
can u please make a sound test video on this setup? i want to do the same but not sure if this has very good sound quality and bass, im not gonna get 3 but 2 and just get a 150 watt mono for the sub alone, 4.1 system
How would this give output to subwoofer.. and is there soundtest video 🤔🤔
Yes can you test to speakers thanks
Please make a sound test video. I don't understand how to connect to the speakers. Can I connect all the wires together so that it's just for two speakers or do I have to use six speakers?
hey did you have to give your addhar and pan cad number while ordering the parts from bangood
Yes bro, you have to give your Aadhar card number and the pan card number too in ordering in Banggood.
Make it with 4 bord or 4 different bords....and put a passive crossover which are inbuild....one bord for sub, one bord for Mid, one bord for Woofer, one ford for tweeter,
And do bord design same size and different types like 30w, 50w,100w,150w,200w etc and then do the magic ... Change the perticular bord if need more power or just simply pick bords of customers choice like 100w sub and 200w mid and 50w tweeter....at same power supply
Power supply 12v 4amp...and put power enhancer with protection in each bord or customer change power supply if he/she need 2 bord or 3 bord as per as required.
How 5.1 or 7.1 works just by two, Left and rights input how it get or creat 6 or 8 different outputs for speakers ?
How do you change the volume on all the amplifiers? Manually, one by one or how? Thanks
Can i use 12v 30a psu
Yes
Amazing.. is there a single board that can be bought from AliExpress for 5.1 I don't find it for 5.1 as only 2 channels are available.
How do you fix cutting off sound?
Show us the sound performance please. How does this 300W 5.1 sounds like? Record with HD pls.. thanks
Nice build but if you even get 100w rms without distortion or clipping I will be shocked, get a scope on the output I predict it will be filthy 😀
D twist Rewind bigdwiz has video about this chip

Hey Steve, I noticed your camera has a rapid rate of focus. What model do you use?
+Daren Schneider i use Canon 80D
Thank you
Where did you buy the ´´cutting mat ´´ that you always show your projects on ?
And do you maby still have the link to it ?
请问黄色的是什么接口淘宝有卖吗?
i have a question ,how that work ???i mean how i put on speakers and bass?
awesome work dude can i see the video of speakers testing
Sir .plz suggest best 2.1, TDA 200 watts audio bluetooth amplifier board
Go for TPA3116D2
Sir is this possible to use only one power supply board for all the 3 board to commonly?
awesome video plz let us hear the sound plz make a sound test video😊😊
"DIY"...
can you show me a sound test video and how to connect the speaker to it. thanks.👍👍👍
Cool. Waaaay too many ads though!
Stephen Ludgate i see morse code 😁
It does not play. Rubbish vedeo. Why need 3 amplifier.
Can you please do a sound test video for this amplifier
How the unit won't heat up??
Nice broo,i want it😁😁😁
Good work Steve, How can you add a Bluetooth Amplifier to it. Please make a sound test with the bluetooth device or amplifier connected. Thanks
Bluetooth doesn't support 5.1 audio, you can connect a cheap Bluetooth adapter, but it'll only work on 2 channels
FL/FR = ok
BL/BR = ok
SW and Center? How?? are you going to separate?
Yip, still waiting on the test run.
Sound test??
Mrc pourLa mosic top
Est bon travail plus plus 👍👏👏
1:16 does this 5.1 decoder give real 5.1 experience?
Total costing ?
I am going to have to give this a try. I could use some amps for my wedding reception. :)
nice video
Please make a soundtest
Plz do a sound test video plz of 5.1 with this amp
love it man very clean built ;)
Hi bro instead of using 3 board 300 w can I used 2 board 200w
Ifthikar Uvais yes, you definitely can
Steve Willson Kujur thanks
Can you make a audio test video
Hi bro, i'm still waiting for your demo of this project ^^ Because i guess it will be really awesome . Always follow you !
Eden Lee Hi man sorry for late currently I'm busy in make speakers and I'll upload it soon

Why dont you make a 7.1 audio amplifier
Good job #bro😘😘😘
Muy bueno ! Estaría muy bueno que la señal del parlante central sea independiente al subwoofer ! Sub con un amplificador mono y el central con otro amplificador mono !!! De todos modos esto está muy bueno !
I appreciate your work boy 👍 and im exited to here the sound . don't worry about the people they will be here as i was here when only few of them were here

nice work man :) We want a test video pleaseee
LOOK GOOD . THANKS
how to connect it with a tv and computer ? show us
It looks minimal but actually its heavy costly DIY
Thanks for this video...
Does low pass and high pass filters required for this or the amplifier can handle accordingly?
you will need filters, for sure.
These amps don't filter anything, so low frequencies will get passed to every speaker. It's probably fine though, you're only losing power efficiency, since the speakers can't play back lower frequencies
Please making 12v solar power bank box
test video?
Where is the soundtest video?
I have such an amplifier and I want to tell you that the socket 2.5 is an outlet for headphones rather, is not an input.
sir can you make mini 2.1 speaker
+Sachin Mishra okay I'll
Sound test please
Bro Can You make 7.1 amplifier
add another one of those two channel amps and get a higher wattage power supply
sound test please!
Center and woofer...?
Robban L centre and woofer will run out one of the amps, a PC sound card acts as an eq and will only send lfe through the sub output so no need for crossovers or low pass filter
Robban
Or can I us a single Bluetooth amplifier and 2 non Bluetooth amplifier
Really nice work, man.
Thanks Man
Steve Willson Kujur hey, nice video. where is the sound test video?
Sir sound test video upload
Bro please testing video
Thank..
Really nice work, awesome projects and videos. You deserve more subscribers :D
+Jaromy Van Der Sluis Thanks
Good work mate! I assume u connected the subwoofer connection as parallel so will the sub output increase to 300w as in ur using 3* 100watt amplifier?
Yeah DIY
Make part two for this video
yaaa sir plz...
i want this dac 5.1 optical decoder to connect with 8500w car amp for two subs and FR and FL speakers for rear speakers and center channel i will use another amp
Give a sound test
U Are just assembling its not DIY get it corrected
The Fed up Enggineer DIY full form "Do it Yourself " lol
Steve Willson Kujur thats what it is u are just assemblying the ckts and connecting them thats not a perfect form diy bro
U did a nice job but work doesnt refer to what u named it ,like me other who searched for 300watt diy where expecting ckt what they would make by themselves bro not purchase and assemble by connecting some wires and an acrylic case thumb up by the way 😉😉
I did this just because many people do not understand electronic .
So i made this easy just buy and DIY
Even these circuits come as DIY kits also.
Sir can you make circuit for woffer
Wasn't it supposed to be a DIY project?
All that wires -connectors-cost so much that you will sure be better off bying the complete system -NEW!
Test ???

obviosly you never heard of something called balancing... also depends on drivers sensitivity and overall system design, crossover points etc.
