I’m turning 16 this year so I wanted to get a new bible that’s more mature and aimed at women, I started my relationship with God last year so I got myself an NIV hardback. It was perfect to begin with but now that I know what I’m doing when it comes to studying the Bible I wanted to start fresh with a new one. This Bible is absolutely stunning , Thank you for this review, God bless you. 🤍
I bought this Bible recently on Christianbook. Got an excellent deal on a “slightly imperfect” one (still haven’t found any imperfections). It’s my first encounter with She Reads Truth, and also with the CSB version. So far I’m very pleased.
It's actually proven that you remember if something stands out. So, I agree with you about the fonts and the caligraphy. I hope the 'he reads truth'-version also has these kind of things. But I guess they consider it a girly thing? It looks like a great Bible btw. Good that there is a summary of the gospel right in the beginning of the Bible! It makes it a great present for everyone. I consider buying this Bible (he reads truth-version), even though I'm dutch. It sounds like a good Bible for making it your own personalized Bible.
I an an NASB(1995) person for sure. Absolutely love it, but i recieved a CSB study bible recently. It has a alot of good study notes and historical pieces.
Fellow ESV-loving girl here, but am getting ready to order a CSB (likely the She Reads Truth edition) to use for a reference in my study, both for years to come, and as I go through The Bible Recap chronological plan (designed by Tara-Leigh Cobble), starting Jan. 1, 2021. Great video! Thanks for taking time to make it. Very well presented, hits all the major points one needs to know about this Bible, and you have a very natural way with speaking/sharing information. Glad to have found your channel! Subbed!
You will absolutely love the she reads truth Bible !!! They are also an amazing community and have awesome devotionals. You will not be sorry . It’s a great Bible
I saw this Bible online recently and fell in love with the aesthetics of it. I found a copy locally that I am gifting someone with. It is beautiful and I am toying with getting one but tend to favor hard-core study Bibles for daily use. I tell myself however I could buy one for a coffee table accessory to casually read and still keep my less than stunning study Bible. I agree that creative types are drawn to color and illustration. If only they made a Thompson Chain reference with floral pictures🙄
This is very helpful review, I’m getting one today. Trying to convince myself in getting another bible for the new year. Oh yes! We can never have enough bible. 💝📖
Thank you so much for this video! I have a NLT bible. I just need a little more in my walk with in becoming a stronger woman in Christ! Just subscribed!
I believe the devotionals are geared towards women! There is also a “he reads truth” and thats got devotionals geared more towards men! Hope that helps!
Girlllll I love this! Definitely buying this Bible I have been doing my research trying to understand what NIV means? But anyway you convince me to buy this book! Really love how you gave us sneak peeks! Also (devotional bibles? Is it necessary to get it what the difference between a study Bible and devotional Bible or a regular Bible)
Such great questions!!😊 NIV = New International Version, this translation is a modern English translation that was made in 1978 by about one hundred scholars working from the best available Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek texts. For this translation, they decided to not simply adapt an existing English version of the Bible but to start from scratch with the best available manuscripts in the original languages. Devotional Bibles are great for new believers or just believers who want a little more guidance with the text! The devotionals help you understand how scripture can apply to every day life! A study Bible is amazing for a little more in-depth study! It provides you with the facts of the text (context, timelines, cross references, etc.) I think the She Reads Truth Bible is an amazing combination between a devotional Bible and a study Bible! Hope this helps!🥰
thank you for the awsome review . i am a king james and niv girl at heart. I have oredered this bible since i have been looking for a good study bible for a long time now.
I'm curious to your thoughts on the verses CSB omits. Such as Matthew 17:21, Matthew 18:11, Matthew 23:14, Mark 7:16, Mark 9:44, Mark 9:46, Mark 11:26, Mark 15:28, & Luke 17:36
Oh gosh... Don't even mention The Message... It is more than just 'off'-it’s unbiblical and really shouldn’t be used. It’s not a true Bible. That said, watching this review made me realize that being a great reviewer takes some real, God-given talent. You have a unique gift! So many reviewers just read off scripts, but you bring a fresh, authentic perspective. Keep up the amazing work-you’re truly something special!
What about fundamentals and doctrines? Things included not included? ... Not all bibles are made equally. I'm sold on how practical convenient and clever it is but that's it. I gave you thumbs up anyway. Thanks God bless
The message translation should not be linked with the NIV lol The message is literally patterson’s understanding of scriptures. Complete paraphrasing. NIV isn’t literal but isn’t an NLT or MSG translation either. Not even close.
@@josephscala6707 like I’ll tell you major Bibles KJV, ESV, CSB, NKJV are more word to word, NIV and NLT are a more thought to thought and these are some good translations but the queen James Bible that supports lgbtq and is altered and changed on purpose is wrong
@@anjalikadam4377 If there are multiple versions of the bible, then who's to say which is correct and which is not? Wouldn't God want to clear this up?
just received my 1st bible, rose gold for Christmas. new in my walk.. i am so excited.
Wow that’s wonderful!!! I’m so excited and humbled that you’re here and part of the family Jenna! You are so loved!!
That one's pretty too. I got that one for someone as a gift and the Poppy for me.
God bless you! The rose gold is a beautiful one, but I went with the one Alyssa is holding
Well done review. Very on topic, with all the highlights clearly explained. I’m looking forward to getting the He Reads the Bible version. God Bless.

That sounds awesome. ❤️
Jeremiah study bible in your choice of translation
You should want a Bible that is accurate and true, not one motivated by feminism.

There’s three different types.
Word for word:
-KJV NKJV ESV
Thought for thought
-NIV NLV CSB etc etc
Paraphased
-The Message

I got this Bible in Poppy indexed and I love it. I like the CSB version. I'm also a fan of the ESV.
Yessss! I am also ESV through and through, but I LOVE THE CSB!!!!!

Hi new to you channel and I am interested in getting this bible. What pens and highlighters do you use I notice they do not bleed through !
I wanted to ask whether the one which you have is a cloth on board edition and if so does it get dirty quickly
My word for word: NKJV
Thought for thought: NIV & CSB
Paraphrased: CEV
Sold! Going to get now
got mines in rosegold yesterday
I love my She Reads the Truth Bible..♥️..
Question..looking at your pages, what highlighter are you using??
Thanks a bunch..🙏
What pens do you recommend for this bible? I just got one and the pages seen so thin
best time of the week, i always look forward to these 🥺❤️❤️
Is Mathew 17:22 in it?
Can someone comment, what exactly makes this a "she" Bible? Anything more than colors and doodles, because it seems perfectly useful for a man too!
