Thank you for your video. It was very helpful. I am a new PS Lite user. I did all the steps you showed. Everything, worked as you said. However, my design went up on to a little of my previous row stitched. How can I prevent this from happening? I needed to move the design down about 1.5 inches. Thanks.
Greg, thank you so much for this video again, I've learned so much!!! I have a couple quick questions... I've been having some tension issues & have tried to do everything as instructed, the instructional video states that tension is the most asked question / issues they receive - so I'm sure that thread is an important part of this issue. I would like to know what thread do you recommend for the Moxie? My other question... when you have the Frame Space & Quilt Area set up and you want to undo it, using the Back Arrow / Undo to get rid of all of it, it doesn't seem to fully clear it. I've also tried Clear All in the Area tab, but it doesn't clear it completely. So the only way that I've found to start with a clean slate is to Reboot, is this correct or is there another way to clear all entries?? Thanks so much and I'm soooo looking forward to your future videos on the Prostitcher Lite :) hopefully soon :) Thanks to you I can now do Edge to Edge!!!!!!!!!! Handcrafters House is going to be very popular for videos on PS Lite, and your local customers are so fortunate to have your expert staff!!!
Thank you for watching the videos, it makes it worthwhile creating them. We shall look at making a video about tension and what to look out for in different thread types. To clear the area you are correct in going, AREA, CLEAR ALL. To clear the Frame Space go, AREA, FRAME SPACE, CLEAR which is located on the Right Hand side panel.
Hi Nicole, it doesn't matter where the design is on the screen. Reposition will work from anywhere, it works by bring the point you have chosen (start/end/middle of a row) to the cross hairs.
Awesome!! Thank you for this video!!
You're Welcome! We hope this has helped the issue you were having!
This video is a lifesaver! I just got my PSL and need all the videos I can get. Thanks!
Congratulations on your new PSL! So happy to hear our videos are helping you! Happy quilting!

The movement would be due to not rolling on properly or the drag and drop not released once moved.
