you will have two options. either refund or order the minimun quantity. I would suggest trying to negotiate the MOQ to your pre-sale orders. It is almost always possible, but ofc you finna pay like 50-100% more. c
Always make sure your price covers at least the sample price that way if you only get 20 sales for example but moq is 50 for example. You can still fulfill the orders paying sample price instead of bulk price. But also explain the brand is new you have orders to be fulfilled and try to negotiate the cost down a little below sample price. Don’t refund get it done G!
