I am a good writer, and I will tell you "make your message clear" and "write like you're writing for a second grader" is good advice regardless of your writing skills.
APOLOGIES for the low audio on desktop devices. This was recorded at the same time as my last video. Going to fix it moving forward.
Good day Jarek , Which domain provider did you use e.g GoDaddy or NameCheap?
Excellent video Jarek, totally agree with the strategy. Thanks for putting it up as I'm sure people will find these ideas extremely useful.
Thanks for this Jarek, this was super helpful!
Thanks. Clean cut, no nonsense advice. Appreciate it.
Thank you for sharing that info on how you built your Substack - great help.
Appreciate it!

Making a new twitter acount and giving this a go
Very nice video, I found it interesting, insightful, and inspiring, ... thank you!
Question: Can a newsletter consist of random thoughts, experiences, and observations not limited to a particular subject? I wrote feature stories and column pieces (opinionated/ /reminiscent experiences) for a local newspaper for over 3 years and my columns were very well respected to the point I received cards, phone calls, and personal comments from chance meetings on the street expressing how they enjoyed my articles. I know I have something here, but don't know where to go with it concerning publication. What platform do you recommend for my particular situation?
Being retired on a tight budget, the prospect of garnering some income to help make ends meet appeals to me. Thanks in advance for your advice/opinions.
Write a story about my company!??
Great tips! I’m new to Substack and was wondering if you had always had paid option in the beginning or did you start with free and then added it in? I’m not sure when is the right time to monetize mine.
Added it in later
@@jarrylew Thanks so much for your reply! How did you know when to add it? And were you writing one post a week for free before you added in extra posts that were paid? I write weekly for free right now so 4 x per month..
@@Danielle-Mah Yes 1x/week free posts then I moved about half free half paid.
There is no way to know the right time.
Just gather your few first thousand readers and give it a try.
@@jarrylew OK thank you!
very dan koe ish
Ok so let’s say you build an audience but you have no product to sell…. What are some of the other ways you can monetize a newsletter? Thanks for the video I appreciate it.
good content, great video. Audio sucks.
