Yeah, growing up where the new market (Dubai) is, used to be the lorry station full of taxis, ovan trucks etc cars loading and heading to various destinations. The Kumasi Central Market was located at where the construction is currently underway. My family had stores there at "Booter3 line and Duku line" so it was second home growing up. It was open air and way bigger than the lorry station

In Ghana,if you talk about business, Ashanti is very much more oriented than Accra. Central Market was the biggest, but now under renovation. Kajetia was bus station to all destinations in Ashanti, however, the former president Mahama tur it to be market, which the Asantes complain about. So that brings about the new Central Market to involve car stations there to be the biggest in Africa

Alaba influence really? You don’t know it is Ghanaians who introduced artisans to all of west Africa? Ghanaian maisons, carpenters and builders are the most sought after. Ghanaians are naturally very skillful with their hands. We do a lot of things including cars. Not only shoes and slippers

@markkromah1845 Oh my brother, how long will idiots like you keep embarrassing yourselves? When Mahama visited the Asantehene and mentioned it as one of the projects he has built in Ashanti, why did the Asantehene not say anything to the contrary. Where could the Asantehene have gotten the money to build it? Why are some of you Asantes so ungrateful? Please fear God for once in your life, or else your going to church and praying will only be a waste of time.
