Prolly a old video there just posting now
Pretty sure Vice was acquired by the History Channel and they are uploading older episodes of these docu-series like Gangland and such. Either way, I am here for it!
I thought the Television aesthetic is annoying, especially on UA-cam

How can I watch the A&E shows without paying for a TV provider?
Being violent and hurting people is easy, having empathy and spreading acceptance and kindness is truly difficult and a man choosing empathy or sympathy over violence is more defining of a man than how many people he's hurt.
Feeling empathy isn't but I know what u mean
@@waynesilverman3048not for everyone
Sometimes feeling empathy doesn't reap you the reward you seek.
Being violent and hurting sends a message that the responder has to answer for. Violence breeds more violence and in the end there is only 1 winner unless the other part starts feeling empathy or defeat.
Is it easy? Have you ever been violent? Don’t lie.
@@williamobraidislee3433 Hurting someone you hate is a lot easier than forgiving them. If you don't agree, you've never done either of those acts.

@@garylatkovich7078correct, they have a spot right around the corner from me. There is a lot of those guys.
@@garylatkovich7078I would because I’m not scared I’m a big boy and I’m strong
I'm not a patched MC or anything close. I do ride bikes again but when I was a kid and all the way through college I owned and rode HD's 365. I did so because it was all I could afford. I was as poor as anyone you ever met but had a great life. I've met a lot of different people and done some very cool things. One of those were encounters with fully patched members of the Hell's Angels. First time I was just a 15 year old kid on a beat up Harley (I'm 68 now) on a solo ride to the mountains on Colorado. I was 15 and ridiculously immature...ha, but I loved adventure.
As I was increasing altitude, my bike started struggling and finally just stopped. I had no idea about altitude and fuel mixture. I was from the flat lands of Oklahoma. Anyway, stuck on the side of the road no knowing what to do, I first heard, then saw, a large chapter of HA's on their way to a rally. I'd never seen so many bikes and everyone was wearing rockers and the full thing. As they passed by, I'm not sure how because there was not wireless or phones back then, got the message for some of the guys at the tail to peel off and help me, because 5 of them did. They were as cool as anyone I had ever met and was in awe. All the ones that stopped were back (I think just back) from serving in Nam. Not only did they adjust my carbs, they checked the bike over and fixed a few other things I didn't even know about. They showed me how to re adjust the carbs as well and left me with a small set of tools to keep.
They made sure I got going and trailed me till they caught up with the rest of the chapter(s) up ahead that were stopping for a bit. I went on and waved as I passed. What great guys. They also taught me things that I needed to know about riding. Some of those included what you did and didn't do around MC's. Stuff that people should know. First and last is respect. They have no need to start trouble. Most of them have had enough of that and they never mess with civilians for fun. Any member that does anything not deserved to civilians, will regret it.
I had a similar issue when I was 18 and crossing the painted desert when my brakes pretty much fell apart. A small number of them were again on a ride and they all stopped to help. They had a van following that had lots of parts and stuff (yes they do prepare for rides) but not everything I needed. They sent a prospect to a place up the road and got the part. I did have to pay for the part (not much) but they did all the work and I had a ball with them that evening.
I'm sure there's been problems with the Hell's Angels but a lot of the horror stories about them are just not true. For the most part, they are just people that don't want to be behind a desk or be unhappy during a short life. Most are just good people.
Times have changed. The “most” isn’t all that true anymore… a lot of modern day prospects and members are wannabe gangsters with baggy pants and gold chains rather than free spirits on Harley’s
great story. spent some time at a horse clinic in Colorado. Must of been helluva ride through those mountains. great share.
That whole statement was bullshit. As someone who has a patched clown as a family member who’s facing prison time instead of being a good father to their kid and working like everyone else has to. Your arguments are a joke . Groups of clowns .
Some of them not the hells angels but some groups think they can walk all over people no respect no nothing which is cowardly I worked at a club and this guy tried flashing his patch like he didn’t have to pay the cover fee and got punked by a mma fighter and paid the cover it’s a joke some of these people respect is respect treat everyone the same
Great stories. Thanks.
There are some people in this comment section who will defend these guys, glorify them, say they are just a club and not a gang, and say that they met some who were nice to them. It doesn't change the fact that this is an organization that buys and sells drugs from the Mexican cartels and assaults and murders people because of a piece of fabric on someone's back. Just cause you do a toy drive and treat some people well and don't crap where you eat doesn't change anything. That 1% patch is no different than the red and blue bandanas that hang out the pants of the bloods and crips.
If you think they bad, I’d hate to think what you think about the government. Sheesh cos everything you said they do x1000000. Including the red and blue banging

I grew up in Oakland. Some time in the early 90's, I was somewhere between maybe 5-8yrs old, I was eating at our neighborhood diner with my dad, which was just a single counter. This guy comes in with a hole in his throat, sits down next to me, and orders some food, as as I remember, makes some small talk with me and my dad. Afterwards, my dad says, "that was Sonny Barger, the leader of the Hell's Angels". Pretty wild looking back on that and now knowing who he was

These are the documentaries that made us start watching Vice. Keep this going you might not collapse lol
No these are the documentaries they made us start watching 60 minutes to History channel and all the other news channels that showed every single minute of this video and the interviews because all of it came from other reputable news sources and documentary TV channel shows from over 30 years ago and has been rehashed and played on television for the past 30 years not one word picture or interview or anything in this video is new
actually the multiple ‘experts’ giving their opinion in combination with some 60 minutes esque music is the complete opposite to what vice was, it’s clearly been bought by a larger media company. bye bye vice

I used to hangout with the angels sometimes at dead shows in the late 60s an 70s. They maintained presence at shows throughout the deads career but the earlier years they were always there pretty much. Imagine them on LSD and such, it was wild times
The GD (from what I understand) were honorary members of the HAMC.
The dead were all accepted by and accepting of, mostly, the angels presence. Jerry did nothing to slow their interests in the band, and nobody else did for that matter. The angels were always around on some level.
@@joseywailer7624 Jerry participated in many functions the angels out on, played a few weddings for some members and numerous benefits etc. He was totally open to their affiliation with the band and people surrounding the band. The wedding that took place during the Pirates Ball woulda been a helluva wedding to attend.

When does the next episode come out?
I was 10 years old and riding in my mother's VW bug on a ferryboat. We were behind a group of Hells Angels and the horn on her car was beeping by itself. At first, they must've thought we were beeping repeatedly at them. One guy walked up to us, and I predicted trouble. My mother showed the horn was going off by itself. He asked her to unlock the hood. Once inside, he disconnected the horn and made everyone happy. I think this displays their true colors.

By having Michel "Sky" Langlois actually participate in this documentary, gives it 100% legitimacy. This may be the only accurate account of the events surrounding the club's history in Canada that has ever been recorded.
Hello where is the next episode?
I can’t help but recognise Sons of Anarchy characters in the majority of these guys
It’s such a fallacy that the mafia didn’t deal drugs. Lucky Luciano had a heroin dealing conviction. Carmine Gallante was moving tons of heroin through Montreal in the 50s. The French Connection in the 60s, the pizza connection in the 70s and 80s. Vic and Gas were major drug traffickers, the Cherry Hill Gambino too. Long John Martorano was a huge meth dealer. The mafia were always and have always been drug dealers. Anyone that says otherwise is trying to promote an idea that Italian organized crime had more scruples and morals than other criminals, they did not.
