I love the bag as a funnel for protein shake on the go!! I make such a mess trying to pour from packet into water bottle 😂😊
I know! It's such a simple solution!
We've also had success with various protein "pods" that dissolve in water.
Make your own jerky. Anything else is nasty and too high in sodium.
Water and protein powder. That's a no-go. Guess I'm not dedicated enough. Ugh.
Sometimes I struggle to hit my protein when I'm trying to eat more vegetarian. The issue is the most vegetarian protein sources are still high in carbs which can throw my macros off
We've found using a vegan protein powder (like pea or rice) is helpful in this case, so you can get what you need without throwing off your macros!
@@NerdFitness I tried buying isolated soy protein powder but it tastes bad and has a chalk-like mouthfeel. I kinda like the earthy taste, but would love any tips on masking the mouthfeel!
@@pepsizerosugarcola - mixing it up with something creamy and/or naturally sweeter (like a banana and/or strawberry) can help.
I'd also recommend searching for other brands too! Some definitely taste better than others!
I also love protein shakes. I keep one in my gym bag with all the other stuff I want mixed in (some fiber, some natural calm, etc) so I get everything in one shake.
I like the tuna and chicken package. I never thought of putting protein powder in a bag. I miss jerky, I have stomach issues cannot eat it the last time I got some. I got so sick.
