  • This is for you if you feel GUILTY when you're making time for yourself!
    📣 You NEED to take care of yourself before you take care of others.
    If you have flown on an airplane before, you'll remember the procedures they walk you through in case there's ever an emergency.
    When the oxygen masks drop, you're supposed to put your mask on and make sure you are able to breathe before you help anyone else put on their own oxygen mask.
    This same approach can apply to our own health!
    When we take care of ourselves, we are better able to show up for the people that matter to us in our lives.
    Take some time to focus on your health: whether it's getting some
    movement in or making a nutritious meal for yourself.
    You'll realize that by doing some self-care, you'll end up feeling better as well. You got this!
