Just "found" you guys. This video is awesome! THANK YOU for all of the effort it takes to get these out. Cannot wait to catch your other work! Best from Bend, Oregon!
bigtroutchaser thank you very much for the kind words! Stoked you like the video and appreciate ya checking it out! Lots of content to come as tying season is just around the corner! Tightlines from Kamloops BC!
Hey there. I noticed your beads are often reversed (unless you’re using a shape I haven’t seen). In this case it wasn’t. Is there a deciding factor that makes you place it one way or another? Thanks my friend. Writing from Alberta where I consistently watch your videos over to improve my Stillwater game.
Jazz O'Driscoll thanks for the question! And so awesome to see people paying such close attention to the details! Awesome dude🤟🏻 I typically put the bigger hole forward for thread thorax flies as it allows for a smoother more gradual thorax and in this video I put the small hole first because I use the dubbing for the thorax I’ll also do this when I use peacock herl for the thorax. Hope this helps and thanks again so much for watching!
Nice. Still haven't found a good source for antistatic bag. The stuff I got is not clear enough to show the colours underneath. Ends up just looking like a chromie. Anyhow thanks for another great pattern.
I love how you explain everything as you go without taking too long. But man that pheasant tail ice dhb looks like bright. new copper.
