- After couple of hours of shooting, trillion falls and billion cuts, we finally made the video. If you are a beginner and are willing to ride a bike by yourself, please check this video out.
Step 1- be confident ( you got this 😉)
Step 2- oil your chain and adjust the seat height
Step 3- walk with your bike for 20-30 mins
Step 4- scoot down a small hill or roll down in a sloppy road
Step 5- perform step 4 for 2-3 hours
Step 6- push off the ground with your dominant foot whilst keeping the other foot in the paddle
Step 7- paddle few times then apply breaks ( repeat at least billion times)
Step 8- you’re a pro now 👍👍👍
Thank you for watching ❤️❤️❤️❤️
My butt keeps getting hurt for sitting at the bike sit just because I wanna learn how to balance. I'm a well balance person even with one leg but doing bike it doesn't work
Hii how about if my home dont have long slope just like in the video, i keep woobling when the slope ends.
@Paramdeep Grewal adult training wheels you mean motorcyle?
Yeah you need to have a good center of balance. I found that out the hard way. Turns out skateboarding does not translate well into bike riding
@@nehemiahzo_ This is literally me right now, I've never cut my shoelaces while skating but this bike took a chunk out of my lace while I was riding.
@@kpalathepanda I can skate with no issue, maybe a shredded shoe but as soon as I get on a bike I eat shit lmfao, can’t wait to actually get good
Thank you so much I learned bicycle all by myself within two hours. First I didn't used paddles, only by feet than slowly I started to step on paddles one by one.
I'm struggling, the scars I have serve as evidence 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
When I was a kid I used to be able to ride a bike 20 yrs later now tryna learn again.
It's so good to ride a bike I always got down while I'm biking but that's not the matter the matter is the people that always make fun of you while you are training
thank you for this video luna & declan! also the scene with the sunset in the background is so pretty :)
That was so me at 2:15. Sensense of wonder, accomplishment, awe and giddiness mixed together with total disbelief that both my feet were off the ground and actually propelling the bicycle. Wonder of wonders - without falling off.
I know that feeling all so well.
Congratulations.
Hello, I am 10 and I think I will be able to ride a bike without support wheels next week. Anyway this was a great help and I have progressed a little bit. I have been riding a bike with support wheels for two weeks and I think I am ready. Thank you for the tutorial.
hey from the future I hope you learned to bike by now my man 💪
How are you able to speak that well..............
Looks pretty easy! Maybe I should learn.
Thanks to this , because I had confidence to practice cycle or I would scare to sit in cycle

Hi thanks for sharing im gonna try to learn biking by my self wish me luck friend.takecare
I'm scared of falling and people watching me, literally. I am almost 1 week learning a bike solo, btw I'm in my 20s
me also its so difficult 😪 😫
Even i am learning now n i can balance myself with a leg but idk how to use another leg to pedal lmao the bicycle just leans to d other side 😭
The best thing to do is to keep peddling because u usually zone off and try to balance instead of peddling continuously
@@isaiahruba0188 tqs for d tip plz do give some tip for smooth turning
@@alfalfaalfalfa3133 typically I just kinda lean because I ride a mountain bike
I received a 26" boys bicycle when I was 10 years old which was back around 1960. I was fearful of learning to ride it because I could barely touch the ground when straddling the top bar. One of the neighbor kids had a smaller 20" girls bike (open frame) they let me practice on. Using it, I gradually taught myself how to balance a bike. To do it I would start with one pedal positioned halfway between horizontal and top center and push off hard on it, only I'd coast instead of pedaling while trying to balance myself. Once I learned I found my 26" bike was actually much easier to ride than the 20" because my legs could extend out and not work as hard when pedaling. I'm 71 now and have 6 classic bikes I still enjoy taking out some times for short rides up and down our road.
Same here. I am currently 24 yrs. Bought a 26 inch bike, on which I am not able to touch the ground. I also got hold of a 22 inch girl bicycle to train myself this week ❣️
Wow good one
Can’t wait for more videos ❤️❤️
Same 😂😂
Thank youuuu, we might be getting one tomorrow :)
We did get one but I was too lazy to update-
Did you get one on Amazon?
I'm 45 and I never learned to ride. I tried in '03, but quit because the bike was too big and I was too chicken. I recently taught my 10 yr old to ride a bike, so I'm going to try again. Got another bike for myself, changed out the seat and stem to be more comfortable and upright.
How can you teach your kid to ride a bike if you can't do it yourself? Sheesh.
I'm getting the hang of it 🤞🤞😍
I always want to learn how to ride a bicycle but I fall down till I'm scared already.
You have to keep falling of untill you learn to balance if you want to learn you will fall of alot you just need to keep trying over and over untill you learn goodluck my friend
I learnt it in like 40 minutes just go down a really steep hill and than slowly get your feet on and you'll already have the speed/ balance
Me have learn in two days. Me also I have fall but I can ride with a like good rider.. Don't give even if you fall
Me too😅😭
I am 11 and i have 2 learn it to go school
Helpful video 👍🏾
The last time I rode a bike was 2006, I haven’t gotten on one ever since. Now, I don’t think I can do it again. I want to try again, I just don’t think it’ll be easy as it was. I will definitely try again one of these days. It would be 14 years of not riding a bike😱
I'm sure you'll have no problem at all. The brain already knows what to do, you just have to remember, you already "learnt" what you had to learn
Man I’ve been trying lately, really hope I can get the hang of it, my balance is bad
2 months later. Did you learn?
you can look on youtube so you can be better at
I did self training from scooting and had been able to improve to pedalling 3 days ago, but now after 2 days of no practice I lose my balance and can't pedalling anymore. I don't understand why.
Thanks, I’ll buy a bike now 🚴
Ahahahaha!! Sure didn’t know I was much of a influencer 😑😑

I am 22 and am now interested in wanting to know how to ride a bicycle. But there is no one to help me, this is why am looking for "How to learn by myself" videos.
Hello are you able to ride now?
@@bereniceg777 Yes I am. One day after I wrote this comment, I hired a bicycle and went to a secluded area then taught myself using 3 UA-cam videos. After 3 hours, I was able to ride the bike. Then I kept on hiring the bicycle every day to get better at it. Now I am a good cyclist and I enjoy it a lot. I am glad I chose to learn cycling.
@@ekales_ wow great thanks for replying...I'm 20 and I was really embarrassed thinking how people would laugh at me hysterically... Seeing that I couldn't ride a mere bicycle when people my age are starting their own business ☹️
@@bereniceg777 Don't worry, there is nothing embarrassing about it since there are millions of us who decided to learn riding a bicycle in our 20s, some even do it in their 30s or later. When I learnt how to ride, I posted it on Facebook for my friends and family to see. They laughed since it is unsual but their laughter was in a fun way not in a mocking way.
@@ekales_ thanks you sound like a really cool person...bet you actually are...I'll let you know when I start practicing 🤗
I LOVEEEE UR ACCENTS
I’m certainly getting a bike 🚲

Wow Lunnaaaa!

I keep watching these videos which are really helpful but none of them tells anything about not able to go straight. Finally, I started to ride a bike (44 years old) but I cannot go straight. Any suggestions?
1:10 I've tried for weeks and I can't get to this point, I can't go more than 10 ft without tipping over. And in all of these videos, people get to this step in about 5 minutes. It's really dispiriting.
Damn, i did it in 5 mins
Same! I also cannot ride a bike, the balance is so hard for me. But my boyfriend is teaching me and the more and more you practice the more familiar it will become and you will learn!👏🏻
Update! I finally learned how to ride one I am soooo happy, wow it was really not that hard. I still need to keep practicing because I turn the handles too much but I can finally ride one.
The faster you go, the easier it gets.
the slower you go the faster you tip over
Same here...
Beautiful and good,some trick
Nice view!
God job beautiful keep it up💕💕
Thanks d♥️
Omg I'm gonna try this tomorrow good night everyone :)
Hi! Thanks for sharing. May I ask what size is the bike you used for the video? Or, maybe in the comments can suggest me the proper size for a 1. 70 m person. Greetings.
52-53 cm frame
Nice way to learn how to ride a bike

How is this done if your bike has coaster brakes? Could you make a video showing this please.
How old are you Luna? I'm 17 approximately 18 and sadly I can't ride cycle 😢
I'm 18 as well and a slow learner. This video helped me yesterday A LOT, so I hope it helps you too if you're still learning. ua-cam.com/video/Z-ir43q82jQ/v-deo.html

Hii how about if my home dont have long slope just like in the video, i keep woobling when the slope ends.
If you go slowly it will be hard to balance and if it’s fast it’s so easy to balance so try go to somewhere safe and go fast and just click on the brake when you wants to stop
@@itex5181 😁😁😁 thank you for the tips
