I have a gravy boat obsession too, and I pick up lots of orphan granny dishes. Today I passed on two gravy boats and 2 partial sets of dishes, but I think I'm going back for them tomorrow! 🙃

Boxes, bookends, and globes. I always check out the aisle with small wood items, e.g., shelves.

I love old wood items...like wooden spoons, white ironstone and green transfer ware ironstone, jadeite, and cabbage ware.

When I go to Goodwill, I go up and down the aisles. But when I am going thru my 2nd pass I go the opposite direction so I can see the shelves from a different angle. So if I went “up” the aisle the first time, the 2nd time I go “down” the aisle. My favorite aisle is the wood aisle. I have become very particular about baskets. I only go for the baskets that have a wood bottom. Or a good priced Longaberger item.

Like baskets, knick knacks, bird figurines, floral plates, especially if hand painted. I was born in WI , and remember my Grandma's dishware. So many cozy memories. Also like wood. My Grandpa was a cabinet maker in Eau Claire. I live in Louisiana now. Thrift shopping is hit or miss here. Exciting when I find something I REALLY like.😊

I used to have 60 pieces of iron stone. I started collecting back into 80s when you could get it for $.50 that wooden jewelry box I would’ve gotten and painted and decoupage and the little bird figuring. everything is real beautiful that you got.🥰
Ironstone has such a classic design and look to it and it fits well in several different styles! 😊

I always look for rolling pins, cookie jars, blue ridge pottery dishes, vintage kitchen, good baskets and quilts so I don’t pass those up.

You never know what you’ll find when thrifting. This week, I came home with three baskets, three embroidery hoops and an arm load of tops.

I would of taken the pink glass picture you picked up. I love glass, glad you picked up the glass candle holder, score. I love fabric. You could fill baskets with cotton fabric. It would look great in your booth. Quilters who are on a budget are always looking for fabric. Or tables clothes doilies and crochet doilies. This would soften your booth.

11:59 I love the handmade basket. I would lay some geraniums in it. Our stores never look like these stores. I always buy candleholders. I just love that it can for candles or become a riser.
