DRAGON FRUIT CUPCAKE

It’s dragon fruit's peak season this month and thanks to the various growing locations here in our area! We have dragon fruit everywhere! Soooo abundant!
Last week, one of our friends gave us a paper bag full of fruits. In order to save some from being rotten, I made a few pieces of dragon fruit into cupcakes!
Sooo soft and buttery! Soooo yummy!
Preheat oven for 30 minutes and bake it for 15-20 minutes 200-220 degrees Celsius.
Yields 18 cupcakes 🧁
