  • This video is a quick look at a hamfest find -- a HP-410B VTVM. It’s dirty but appears to be complete; we’ll see if it can be brought back to operational life.

    Nice find! I use my solid state 410C daily. The permanently connected probes are irritating but that's probably why It gets so much use. The "AC" probe is a bit more useful if you can get your hands on the Type-N coax adapter with a DC block.

    I just grabbed one of these up for 5$ today! The probes on mine are a bit different. RF is the same the common is the same but the red/black are super sharp need probes
