@@armanarsya hi! maybe u could try to visualize your desired results, basically just think abt it, like imagining urself with ur desired body etc. but i recommended listening to only 1 subliminal playlist and not all at the same time, focus on one playlist and then after u get ur results switch, and im not the best at advice bc im also a beginner subliminal user.
