Love this! Another way you can use it, add a brad in the top going through all layers attaching them together and glue it in the middle( on the back) and the two top pieces can move so you can have hidden journaling spots, just a thought
Barbara: another great addition to your journal, besides a great idea for your viewers. That new tool is a great piece. Thank you. Carol from California
Barbara, I’m so impressed with your measuring. I have not used a compass since I was in school and would’ve never figured that out. Great job on the hexagon. Love this whole card. So pretty. TFS! ❤
I love how you turn your already beautiful papers into something completely unique and inded very YOU sweetie ❤ im proud of you for keeping the wonky words 😊
I really love your episodes of “making without all of the things” as it shows versatility and resourcefulness and using substitutions. I hope it becomes a regular series of your videos. Ps. I’ve always wondered if the mwah mwah pandas in the end have a name and story behind them. 🐼🐼
Awww. Can we name them brayed and furlap? Hope to see a journal spread panda themed. Your videos are very inspiring and i always enjoying crafting while watching them.
I wish my geometry teacher had us make beautiful cards instead of just story problems. Maybe I would have gotten better math grades. These are beautiful projects, your mushrooms, Luise’s and Julianna’s too. Such a pretty kit!
You are so brave to make not just one. But THREE hexagons! I’m gonna have to rewatch how you measured them again, before I try them. I also love watching what happens when you spray things. Add water and watch the magic happen. Lol. I’m glad no matter what people say to you about Gold Splatters, you just keep doing you. Lol
I love your new series. It comes so handy with all the digital paper witch I bought in your and Luises store. Thank you so much for another wonderful video. Have a nice evening. Xoxo Heike
I LOVE your mushroom digitals!!! They are gorgeous!!! And I love your videos too. You laugh at yourself all the time (I talk and laugh at myself too)!!! Such an inspiration ❤
I have enjoyed watching the different ways you three have done your hexagon. The same but different so cool. And by the way I do love your mushroom digitals so coool. Have a blessed day stay well.
Loved your tutorial Barbara. I think the reason your second and third hexagons were not in the proportion you expected is because it is matter of area, where numbers are squared. You would have to make the height from the middle of your line to the centre of the hexagon half a centimetre shorter each time, not the length of the line (which is the base of one of the six equilateral triangles that make up the regular hexagon). I'm really not good at maths but I enjoyed the puzzle you set - and watching your beautiful artwork,
Love your card & great seeing another Hexagonal card idea. I bought a set of wooden alphabet stamps after seeing you use them lots & they are an awesome addition to my crafting tools. Thank you for the inspiration 😊
I love that you always find a way to make things without the same supplies! Oh I have that linen card somewhere. People could also print it out to use as a template if they're not confident with this method. Lol just enough room 👍. That's a lovely salmon pink, oh and the blue is yummy too 😍. Lol straight lines don't exist here 😄. I have a pick up tool but it uses blue tac which is a pain in the bum 🙊. I love it 😍. Tfs and have a great day 💖💖💖
I like that you don't waste any of the ink... Even a "total mess" can be used. Beautiful colour combination. Great final result. TFS. 🩵

Great idea!! 😃❤️
Love the mushrooms... beautiful colors used...Love, "You Do you." Thanks, Barbara!🥰👍
I did not know how to make a hexagon and now I do. Thank you. I like the addition of the netting as it softens the hard geometric form a little.❤

Thanks for showing how to draw the hexagon. I just recently saw this method in written instructions and it made no sense! You've made it look doable!
Glad it was helpful! 😊
❤🇺🇸
Thanks for telling us about the pearl picker tool, i just bought one because I love to add tiny jewels but i struggle getting them on! 🤣
Glad it was helpful! ❤️
Love it 😍 you should start a hashtagg #youdoyou so can we make one to 😍 lots of love from arctic Norrway 🙌🍁🍀🌷🌹
😃❤️
Barbra I think if you would make a square of the size you want to end up with and evenly cut off the corners you will have your hexagon
I had a feeling there was an easier way to do it but I couldn’t remember it 😊
Wouldn't that be an octagon? 8 sides. IDK. It's been 60 years since I've done that kind of math! Ha! Would be cute either way. 🤗

Vielen lieben Dank, Franziska, das ist ein Mica Spray von Tim Holtz mit dem Namen Snow Flurries
Everything you do is fun and beautiful. Kisses from Brasil 🇧🇷 💋💋💋💋
Thank you so very much as usual. I am not seeing a link for the pearl picker. Am I looking right at it and not seeing it?
I did not add a link for it. Pls search for one. There are various kinds.
@@49dragonflies I found one. Thanks! Nothing funner than new tools.😊
