I've run this build on Zahir and it's pretty good. %regen isn't amazing on Sissela because her base regen is booty, but this is a good build nonetheless

Doesn't it increase the regen from her passive? Sissela regen is crazy

@@roid.5050 According to the wiki it's not increased by health regen increases, but yes it is ridiculously high regen

Right now, I've just got the game, and Sissela's suggested builds do not have Azure Dagger. Wind and Fire Wheel or Fuhma (or that one legendary that kinda sucks IMO cuz it has 3 ammo that recharges every 1per80s). I'm unsure if these have been introduced in a more recent patch (or updated) since you made this video.
Do you still think Throwing is still stronger than Shuriken in the current patch?

Shuriken is about the same power level as throw at the moment, Mystic jade charm and petal torrent are the more popular shurikens.
