What a wonderful session! For me, this was illuminating, uplifting, and enjoyable. Perhaps it's because, on top of the insights brought by his thoughtful commentaries, I felt a sense of validation in how I'm consciously conducting my life-meaning, asking questions, getting to know myself, and intentionally confronting my fears and anxieties. I've purchased the book and am looking forward to reading it. Thank you, Debbie and Dr. Maldonado. Un abrazo!

"The spirit of evil is negation of life force by *Fear*. Only boldness can deliver us from fear. And if the risk is not taken, the meaning of life is violated" - Carl Jung
Wonderful interview with so many valuable insights - Thank you!
On the technical side, it would be great if your audio levels matched. I was changing the volume depending on who was talking.

Not everybody in life is fortunate enough to be able to explore their inner psychology. Many people now have to continue to work, even well past their retirement age. The individual CAN'T always transcend the conditions they're born into. Jung was undoubtedly a great man, but he was also fortunate enough to marry a very wealthy woman, which enabled him to explore his own psychological depths and at the same time experience all the best that the world had to offer. Not all of us are that lucky.

The inner psyche and its development is ALWAYS available. It's an inherent aspect to being an individual who is alive.
You are simply not looking deep enough.

If you replace the term shadow with karma, it is basically Buddhism. That is what all these discussions boil down to. The individualization will not fully realized until enlightenment. I wonder what Dr. Hollis has to say about the connection.

    The Chip
    Paul D. McDonagh
"Each of us is a tiny chip in a large mosaic." James Hollis
And imagine the mosaic in the eyes of the god
you may believe in who has eyes to see single atoms
like tiles in the mosaic of life that it designed.
Or perhaps it's a demon that knows were every atom was
once who sees the human chips in their place
and grins, for it knows the dark beauty found in fate.

Why in the world people put music when someone is talking??? 😡🤬

    • @CreativeMindLife
      @CreativeMindLife  8 місяців тому +3

The music is only in the coming up intro clip (less than 30 seconds) - after that there is no music! Hope you enjoy the interview
