Glad to see soph opted for cardboard packaging. Wishing her previous stuff got rereleased with improved formulas and cardboard packaging cause her first highlighter palette seems awesome. I won't pick it up with that awful packaging though no way.
Thank u for the close ups. I could see how dry and difficult the shadows wer to blend out. For cheap makeup I'm sure it's great but for a collector that appreciates quality, it's a pass. I really appreciate ur effort.
It really displays her ability to make even poor products work. I am in your opinion though. I don't need this but it is a lovely color story :)

germany is also really into the full summer. everyday its either super intense and humid heat (my dorm room is directly under the roof and theres no air conditioning, ive had 40°C half of last week) or some short summer thunder storms that only release the humid heat and air pressure for a couple of hours. my therapist is not proud of me tunrning mostly nocturnal to escape the heat
I hear you 🤣 !! I live in the US in Florida and try to stay indoors during the summer as much as possible!! I am definitely more of a Fall/Winter Girl and know I’m living in the wrong place!!

I always thought that purple complements green so your first look looks amazing (through it would look amazing no matter what colors you chose)

The gulls going bananas sound like the huge corella flocks we get here in Aus that move from suburb to suburb to eat all the trees for a bit before all decideding to then go off into their separate family groups. It's my cats' fave time of year, corella flocking season and they got very excited at the sound of the gulls in the video! 🐱

I have the original palette and enjoyed it! I think soph is blossoming into a happy clown; she’s been really digging colors lately and becoming way more adventurous
Whilst these products were not outstanding, they were decent. And that irritates me. This collab and the other collab with Soph clearly shows that Makeup Revolution can bring out good products, so why do they use chalk and dust for their regular products? They can produce decent products it just seems like they don’t care
I disagree. The eyeshadow based makes the eyeshadow difficult to blend.

I was so glad we had one rainy day, amongst all the sweltering hot days, in Estonia, it helped out garden very much - pity I had to come back to home already, I would've loved to stay with my grandmother more. Oh well, I still can go there later on if this pandemic allows.
But these looks! I can't decide which one I love more, both of them were just gorgeous. I like how the lavender inner corner colour somehow, in a subtle way, popped even though it was not the most pigmented shade. The palette does provide all of us something to work with which is a very good point to remember when coming up with palettes as it will have more people using it. Pity that the highlighter was the same colours in both formulas, it would really have been interesting and different to have one in either in a different colour entirely or a little bit darker as Angie said.
The highlighters look beautiful on your skin.
I think the first look ended up being more pink than purple, but it was nice !
The 2nd was my favourite. (I am _very biaised_ here, as green is my favourite colour along with blue)
In Germany, we also have nice weather, but I couldn’t enjoy it so far, because I had to study for my A-levels :/ Tomorrow is my last day of studying and afterwards I will be relaxing in the sun xD

It’s hard now for me to love a colorful pallet without my mind going and comparing them all to Nebula and the quality.

I bought this palette approx 6 months ago and I love love love it.
I personally found it blended really well and the pigments were really strong
I have one of the Soph palettes and it is really nice and good quality. It’s not my favorite palette by any means, but definitely a pretty color story, with good formulas and it’s nicely pigmented. I really love your top and the green eye look you created looks so pretty on you!!
the new bh palette pride palette looks so similar to this one (with a couple less shades) I would be curious if you tried that one, which you like more?

It's raining here in Western Washington USA. The rainiest June we have had. But with how bad our fire seasons have been increasing over the last few years I'm hoping our record rainfall helps mitigate that. Now if only people weren't stupid during fire season.

We've been in the 90's F for quite awhile in Wisconsin it's been so hot and no rain so all our grass is burned. 90's are high for Wisconsin summers. They normally show up mid july not in June so early it's crazy

The purple eye look is so dramatic and cute
The shimmers in this are lackluster like majority of their palettes.. I would highly recommend their Colour Focus palettes, mattes are smooth and blendable, shimmers are foil like. Even the packaging is sleek and beautiful. "Smoke and Mirrors" especially has stunning blue colours (only one of the two deep mattes is not good) and it's my favorite because I love blues. Also their Precious Stone line has good quality shimmers, especially the Emerald one .. is so versatile, you can get many completely different (colour wise) looks out of it. Last but not least Unicorn's Heart, Mermaid's Heart, Dragon's Heart and Angel'S Heart, are among my top 5 eyeshadow palettes formula wise. The thing is I don't know why I love them so much. The mattes are very smooth and rich, nothing like the pics. Some of the colours are so unique even though it doesn't seem like it, I suspect it's their formula that makes the eyeshadow look prettier and more unique color wise that ithey actually are. There are pearly shades and some shimmers, most are on the settle side but for some reason they look so good.. Also the three first palettes I mentioned are so inspiring, I can play all day with them.. I'm so thankful I got that mystery bag that time because if I hadn't receive Mermaid's heart in that mystery bag I would have never known about them because I would have never purchased those palettes, they looked so trashy.

I'm pretty sure the shade Dreamy from this Soph palette is a dupe for Nabla's Alcamy 2.0 from their Wild Berry palette
I bought the same products.... I'm not sorry.... I got the lighter highlighter though. Are they life changing? No, but they are affordable, and evidently, Soph must have insisted on a better formula for her collab.
Too bad Revolution doesn't consider their customers satisfaction with their non-collab releases! 😶

I think I like the highlighter on your left my right it seems to blend into the skin better then other one kinda looks like it has a small cast and texture

I love a mirror. I've gotten to a point that unless it's ND I refuse to buy a palette without a mirror especially one with so many colors. It reminds me of he ELF Retro Paradise Eyeshadow Palette that was exciting but horrible on me...this looks more colorful.

Warmth... oh my goodness Angie. Here in Italy we have been dealing with 31°C days and my office is a damn old building with impossible to open windows and with chronically broken AC. I'm feeling miserable, I'm sweating like a satanist in a church XDDD

Hot? It's 97° in Texas with a humidity index/feels like temp of 110F. I am not amused (Yes we have air conditioning and the dogs are inside).
This palette is beautiful 😍 but I have so many colorful palettes already so passing on this one
I loved the first highlight pallet but the eyeshadow was eh. I’m on the fence with this one.
I got the mini spice palette, a highlight duo and lip set. I love it all except I got the 2nd highlight palette and it's too dark for me. I thought it would work cause soph said it was her favorite and she's a fair light. But I didnt think about her self tanning. My bad.

You did amazing looks with this collection 💕 I guess it would be the easiest pallet to get for me, I am thinking about buying colourful pallet inspired by you (and around maybe 20eur, so sadly no club nebula 😂 )
If you are otherwise into neutrals and want to just dabble into colour talking from my experience I would advise against getting it as it's heavy on primary colours (club nebula is more 'wearable' as it has more interesting, muted, grungy type of colours). I got Rady Daydream by Makeup Obsession with same thing in mind as you and I regret it, passed it on as it just was too bright, it did not pair well with my other shadows at all. Now I usually just get singles of interesting colours I want to try out or small palettes with an interesting colour story.
Btw Glamshop has a sitewise sale right now and you can get some of the palettes for around 20 euros or just get a bunch of singles (they are around 1euro a pop right now for mattes and standard shimmers). Oh or you could pick some of the BH palettes up they are nicer quality and have some real interesting colourful colour stories.
I never got the first collection cause I already had all the colors in other Revolution palettes, but I got the second palette last year because of Makemeupmissa raving about it 😀 I have liked Revolution for 6-7 years and own over 60 eyeshadow palettes where I feel I can recommend most of them so it has always made me a bit sad when you've been hating on them (not the same ones that I own though). But I also know that they have a good formula and a not so good one 🙄 So its nice to see a great palette and both your looks are so pretty 😊
Have you tried palettes by many other brands? I think MUR mattes are OK for the most part (not all though, some suck too ex. Iconic Reloaded) but the shimmers disappointed me always, with all the palettes by MUR I owned it was this kinda flat weirdly emolient formula that got hard pan easily and made my eyelids look like if I was 60 years old but for that blue shade in the Rady palette that was ok.
