А если взять две профтрубы разной ширины, например 25мм и 30мм, и делать одну половину из одной, а вторую из другой то получится гораздо эстетичнее на мой взгляд.

Personally I feel there should be a spacer between the ears so that the bolt can be tightened without collapsing the hinge .
