The 360 version was made by BEENOX they had a low budget and it was their first time developing a cod game solo so we got this absolute masterpiece

I think the last gen Primus crew was attempting to pull the plug of their own game. That's why there's no extra DLC for PS3. It was the only way.

Compare this to the Origins cutscene, which was also made in the PS3 and is the best cutscene ever made in zombies. It was so good and the graphs were so on point that they reutilized it in the PS4. The downgrade in the graphs is just inexcusable.
The developers didn't have much experience and they were on a lower budget

It's developer problem, not PS3, look at Black Ops 2 and see how it had good graphics. Even Black Ops 1 had excellent graphics, and even being a game from 2010 it still has better graphics than Black Ops 3 last gen.

Looks like the developers did the "make the last generation version look like crap in comparison to increase sales in current gen" strategy. They're not the only ones who have done this. We have seen games on the ps3 that look 20 times better than this ps3 version.
