I had so much fun making these neon glow in the dark cookies! Unfortunately due to some unforeseen circumstances, I did, against my better judgment, use my royal icing that had started to crust over. You will see it challenging my a little bit. Nonetheless I enjoyed making these and think they are super cute! The would be a perfect addition for your Halloween party!
