GLOW IN THE DARK COOKIES!!! [Electrical Light Parade Disney]

Hi Cookie Friends!
I am sooooo excited to share this cookie project with you! I was so inspired when I found out a few months ago that Disney was bringing back the Main Street Electrical Light Parade. I knew I wanted to make my favorite characters into cookies. Then, Hank gave me the best idea ever!---- to make them GLOW IN THE DARK!!!
I was so excited, but I wanted to make sure that the cookies were still edible. SO I found the most awesome Fluorescent Petal Dust to make the cookies glow under Black Light!
