Wow The Four Seasons Hotel at West Lake is a very beautiful hotel. I’ve stayed there last year with my family for 2 nights. We stayed in the Deluxe Garden view room for US$740/night (Room only) Beautiful room and the service was great. Nothing negative to say about this hotel. Hangzhou for me the best city in China. At first when you say it starts at U$750 / night in China, I was like WTF. But 78 rooms spread out in a sprawling private Sung Period inspired garden with a private section of the West Lake. And scene like 15:58 I guess they really take that traditional garden and house design of "One window one scene, one door one picture" concept. Now I am like, man, I need to work harder to pay for a vacation there 😅

@ 10 years ago I paid $600 for one night .It was a perfect experience.

Stayed in the Four Season in London last year. They charged £1300 a night, totally not worth it.
US$750 in Hangzhou with such a setting is a bargain.
In my opinion big branded high end hotels are cheaper in China than most places across the world.

china is the place to enjoy luxury. Hotels, restaurants are all reasonable priced. value for money. Elsewhere they charge you double/triple for less.
