    Hello Sir in dynamic explicit analysis i have faced a issue that has been shown in monitor that total energy is negetive (cylinder under pressure) . I also checked too many times but it showed negetive. Is it my setup problem or is it ok?

    Hi, In dynamic explicit analysis, if I use displacement BC and want my part to stretch 2mm, how should I tabulate the changes it in amplitude?.

      This is a very simple problem. The core of this problem depends on what the amplitude curve you want. If you want to simulate the quasi-static displacement, you may need use the smooth curve. If not necessary, you use the tabulate to define the initial moment and the terminal moment with a ramp type.
