I'm a HUGE fan of fishing those rocky, turbulent shallows, where ever I'm fishing. Yeah, I lose some fish, and get busted off here and there, but this video proves those areas are obviously perfect for the diverse species that hunt there. That snook was a TANK! I continue to love your content....

I live at the southern tip of lake michigan in Indiana. I know little about fishing big waters, but your videos helped me fish cabo san lucas. also I use your baja beach 12' travel caught many fish with that rod.....Thanks!

Jansen, I've seen you fish this area before.. it's a honey spot alright! What a nice variety (jack, snapper and snook) too. I was "sweatin-it" watching the rock area casts thinking to myself... he has to be fishing 40-60# braid because otherwise he's going to get smoked or busted off.. Nice job on landing those quality fish.. that last Snook was beautiful (another bucket list item for sure). Well done!!

Your videos got me amped up to go. Flights are cheap... Do you think I would have any luck fishing the area from solmar to pedregal if I come sometime within April - August? I'd be by foot and would work that entire beach all day. Do the snappers hang around the rocks on the west and east sides of that beach?

I should be here in August Randy, shipping is expensive, it's better to put it in a PVC tube and check it as luggage. The travel rods fit in most suit cases.
