    For me, its letter B. Nagbigay sya ng apology about sa na experience ni customer at ini- emphasize nya rin si customer para sa mga nanyari. At last nag assure sya na ma re-resolve nya ang concern ni customer.

    Wala pa kong experience sa call center, pero I think letter B yung pinaka okay na sagot kasi napakaganda ng sentence construction and di masyadong rude pakinggan. Salamat kuya reneboy sa bagong upload!

    For me, kahit wala ako experience sa BPO pero may natutunan naman po ako sa mga pinanood ko sa UA-cam about sa Bad News but in a positive scripting so my answer sa resolution is Letter B. Dahil sa sentence na iyun sinabi nya yung dahilan pero hindi sa paraang mawoworry ang customer o ginamit nya yung positive scripting.

    C for me. 1st option is a very transactional and 2nd option, you dont need to say sorry, you didn't do anything wrong and customer will abuse you if you're soft.

    For me letter B. Kasi nag bigay siya ng empathy sa customer. And it's important to let the customer know there's nothing to worry na they'll be able to perform further investigation sa account ni customer. An act of understanding and kindness towards the customer's issue is a must.

    Hi sir. Correction lng po regarding sa debit and credit. Credit po is ung pumapasok ppnta sa bank account and yung debit ay yung lumalabas na pera sa bank account.

      Because, you have to be empathy with the customer. You should sorry, but not really your fault or the company. After that, you should explain to them the process. And it's the letter B that contains those answer.

    For me, It's letter B cause If A, Hindi pa natin alam bakit na charge sakanya yun dahil sa system error, Kung letter C, naman Hindi rin natin pwede sabihin na dapat lang ma charge sa account mo kasi continuous purchase nagsabi kana ng reason tapos mag investigate kapa. Hahaha. Kasi sa kasunod na sagot ng agent is sabi ni customer btw how long it usually it takes? So, it's letter B. Everyday ako practice ng mock calls with my boyfie minsan napapagalitan pako kasi isasagot ko ABAY MALAY KO SAYO HAHAHAHA :D Thank you Kuya Rene halos lahat na ng videoes mo napanood ko na more uploads pa para more knowledge to learn pa ako hihi.

    Nakakakaba, paano ako napunta sa Financial account nang walang kahit anong job experience and fresh SHS graduate huhu, wala rin namang additional assessment. Pero go pa rin to haha done na sa cotract signing and medical.
