I met Paul and Debbie after this performance, Debbie was in a rage slapping waiters and service staff with her shoes. Apparently Paul Had said if his on stage assistant afterwards “I’d liked to have linked her rings”
What the heck are you talking about, this young lady was full of spirit and helped make Pauls performance a joy to watch. I wouldn't trade someone like her for a million others. She was simply having a wonderful time with a wonderful performer.
youschtube you obviously share his narrow band of so called humour. There are plenty magicians who do not put people down on stage, Paul Daniels, as good a magician as he is, has zero humour. It's all about making his audience or helpers feel stupid.

It's really disappointing to see the way he treated her, impolite and unnecessarily condescending. I hope there was an excuse. It's not the content of his comments, it's the way he delivered them. I have been enjoying watching his magic shows on youtube tonight so it's a bit upsetting to see this. I thought that Min was class though.
I 'get the humour' to the point that I understand how he is trying to deliver his jokes; as I said, it's the way he delivered them, a little beyond pretending to be annoyed that she didn't understand what he meant.
