I have their inch and seven eights headers plus high flow cats mids on my 2018 Chrysler 5.7 300 S. I'm having a 448 inch Arrington long block built for the car and want the rest of their system to finish off with. What do I need to order? Highest quality exhaust products on the market! I have the rear valance to replace the standard one as well so I will need your round tips too.
That sounds good! Are you saying that you have an exhaust tip out back for the hellcat that contains a valve flap inside similar to stock? or is it a valve simulator that hangs outside the exhaust pipe? I'd sure like to be rid of those valves
It's a replacement to the valve that comes on the stock vehicle, except that ours is larger than stock and maintains a 3-inch diameter with our exhaust. Feel free to give us a shout and maybe we can help you out 800.878.3635
Exterior sound peak levels comparison is the best I have ever witnessed. I had SW LTs on a built LS6, they blew the piece of shit B&B headers I had on on it out of the water. what kind of gains do you see on 392s? Do you guys still use swaintech coatings?
We've designed this system to work with a variety of Charger engines, so it will fit the 5.7. As far as check engine lights go, with headers you should probably expect it to throw a light (sometimes it may not) but we recommend getting a custom tune after header install to clear lights and dial your new system in for the best flow and performance. hi i just install my Stainless Works headers on 2015 dodge charger srt , the installation was great except the passenger side was to tight and the header is touching the frame and it's making noise inside the cabin when vehicle accelerate?any solution?

There are some discussions I had at Carlisle last weekend as well as on the forums that seem to indicate a HP/Boost pressure drop when installing long tube headers and exhaust. Just curious if you have run the numbers or could comment on this. Thanks for the video and dB numbers.
This is absolutely true. Long tube headers bolt on reduce boost pressure lowering performance. The car will need to be tuned to compensate for this and increase boost pressures if performance is your ultimate goal. A 2.85 pully adds about 4 psi and more than makes up for the loss
