Yael Grafy is the Chief Operating Officer at Crossroad of Civilizations Museum in Dubai which is actually where we met. She began her career as a Senior Training Officer in the IDF and then moved into the tourism industry landing her in different places around the world. She is a Jew of Yemenite and Tunisian heritage living today in an Arab country.
