Gordon is such a gentleman towards the ladies, even when he yells at some in the kitchens, he ultimately rebounds to being a gentleman in the end. Even in real life clips of situations he encounters, he's the consummate chef and gentleman. It's because his heart is in hospitality and service in comfort for others that keeps his standards ridiculously high. He's a passionate man.
The professional chef that came in on the third episode was so nice, I can’t imagine how stressful it was to be watching everything you cook go cold in front of you in spite of all your efforts
20 years as a waitresss, as many awful resturaunt's as I have been not one of terrified me quite as much as Dillion's. I have seen all of these diagusting violation's before but NEVER EVER ALL IN ONE DAMN PLACE !!!! How terrifying it is to see all these pig's not only ignoring it all but KNOWINGLY serving people food they know could KILL them . They are completely unbothered by that or by the DISGUST they are sitting in!!!!!! I AM TERRIFIED OF THESE PSYCHOPATHS!!!

A few things if they make you feel any better- -The restaurant didn't stay open for very long after that episode 😅 -That was at least ten years ago -iirc, I read somewhere a long time ago that PETA raised a huge fuss over it I dunno how exactly lobsters should be stored either, but I guess being grabbed and dropped could be a bit stressful for the lobsters

There was a black woman who ran a creole place in New Orleans he scarfed down like EVERYTHING she put in front of him. I wish I could remember her name but he referred to her as "Mama _____" went and hugged her after the meal. Her food was STELLAR. It was a combination of bad business management, poor ambiance and lack of advertising.

Then he followed it by saying it's against policy not to have a drink after work, but she often does. Neither of those are questions. So technically, he's right.
