No. When you hover over a game there is either dedicated home screen music or the basic PS5 music.

This is the theme when in the ps home menu, it’s not for ps+, just once you download the game

It plays on PS5 Home Screen Menu. Not sure if the specific one is on the soundtrack. There's definitely a variation of this one because I heard it in the game, but it's not the same.
