just want to correct that santeria is not simply witchcraft, it derives from traditional spiritual practices in africa. the label of witchcraft is condensing it's significance as practitioners do not identify as witches, they identify as children of their head orisha. azealia's head orisha is yemaya.
the label "bruja" is often thrown at practitioners due to opposition from christianity and catholicism. most of the time when practitioners call themselves "brujas" it's to go off the pre existing rejection/hate from others and stir the pot, or to emphasize their power as one to be respected. just wanted to point that out!
