The game is Arma 3 for computers. The game is as realistic as you and the other people playing want it to be. It's a completely customizable military sandbox set in a huge open world (a couple with DLC maps). Also can be moded to whatever you want. PUBG was originally a mod for Arma 2. Great game but you need a clan/dedicated group of friends to really get it's full potential.
