A truly honest review. I'm sure there are a number of factors, from the supply side, to staffing, to general rules. It's good to see the buffet open once again, however it will be awhile before the next visit. Thanks, Catherine and Derek, for taking us along, and also taking one for the team.

Funny I'm responding to an "egg" question as my family was in the wholesale egg business for 55 years. . For me, poached are my favorite but they have to be done right. Firm whites (none of the snotty stuff!) and runny yolks so the toast has a lot to sop up! You two do it right and I always look forward to your next review. Thank you for another great one!!!

Waffles and bread are home items. U don't fill up or even put on your plate at a buffet. Bellagio loved that.

The made to order toast bar seems like a hustle.
I’d rather eat the salad bar. That had more $$$ for the $50buck.
Idk avocado toast can be over 15$ by itself at some restos
It’s a hustle but a good one. Make all the toast toppings great and the rest of the items mediocre.

Thanks for providing these videos. I'm hashing through them 1 by 1. Enjoy how both of you express yourselves individually with equal 'weight', neither one of you dominating their views. For me that's what makes your videos 'prime' viewing and special. I know that doing these videos isn't cheap and they take a lot of time, too. I think the places you video should cough up some $, you're good for them. Please keep doing these videos. I want to see a recent Wynn buffet.

That was the funniest thing ever. Watching Derek drooling over Catherine's full plate of assorted meats. He was having such a hard time to even swallow his dry pancakes and waffle.

To my mind this buffet looks like it should cost $29.95, tops. $50!? None for me thanks.
The one Dan's world did on Excalibur, it was over the top compared to Bellagio. Much better price!

Yum 😋 I can’t believe they had a toast bar. I would be all about the carving station.
We just tried the Bellagio buffet. I agree the flank steak was tough. The giant pancake did have a hard crust. The waffles looked better than they tasted; they were very dense in texture. On the positive side, the turkey dinner section was really good. The sea bass was seasoned and cooked well. Avocado toast was a nice addition.
$50 wow that is an absolute rip off. Thx to Derek for taking one for the team!
With how mangled the beef rib was, it looked like it had already been gnawed on before you got it. Bellagio seems to have dropped a few notches. Thanks for sharing!
I’m pretty sure that beef rib was trimmed from the roast and not meant to be served.

All you can eat bread?! You would think that would be boring! NOT! When Derek wanted to reach in and grab that beautiful loaf....I reached out to the screen and said yes please! Creme Brule, numnumnum! When you got a chill from eating that, I could feel it! Fresh Creme Brule is amazing, and a super rare treat for me! Like, I've had it 2 or 3 times ever, and it is my favorite desert!

Catherine, you did a fabulous job with building your own toast combo. It now looks delicious (than plain toast)! You both are so gracious and always so polite despite some questionable situations. $50 for basically a "bread buffet" is WAAAY overpriced! Thanks for the warning. I will stay away. Despite having an acquisition problem with crab legs, they should have definitely dropped the price.
